Tom Meehan (CFI) and Kerry Rohweder (attorney)are possibly 2 of the most inept and/or corrupt individuals in the state of Colorado.

ReplyDeleteShe was more than happy to take my money and not confirm any suspicions about anything she took what I said at face value and believed all the nonsense my ex and her family wrote about me. making statements like our son gets all of his emotional needs met by his mother after witnessing a meltdown with his mother but witnessing nothing with me.
Amy Petersen has been through a divorce of her own long ago and 150% supports every mother never the father.

Sadly it was the opposite for my daughter who moved out of state. She believed the low life father who had done nothing for my grandson. Other than maybe pay her off !!

ReplyDeleteBolocofsky is dirty dirty. My therapist and an attorney at the Probono clinic attorney both told me he was dirty before I told them he was dirty. He accepts money from abusers and tells the other parent. Then he says if you tel anyone that it will be to your demise. He sickly tries to get you to have sex with him during his investigation. I'm not joking. He's scum of the earth. He's not for the safety of the children at all.

Nothing but lies and only took my exs side. Discriminated against their sisters disability and mine and would rather put the kids with a dv abuser and alcoholic over a mom with a clean record. Horrible people

DeleteI hired Angelina Cordova, Owner of One Day at a time counseling as the CFI in our custody case. I was concerned with physical and sexual abuse of my infant by her father who public records shows was arrested for 2 sexual assaults on a child. From the beginning things were fishy. At our first meeting Ms. Cordova told me that his history of child rapes did not disqualify him from parenting. My daughter came home injured after every visit with him and the only alibi he had was his girlfriend. He told 4 different officials 4 different accounts of each injury. I pleaded with Ms. Cordova to do her job and save my daughter. I went through depression when I found blood in my infants diaper and so many vaginal injuries my ex used Ms. Cordova as a character witness in investigations although I am unsure if the police actually spoke to her. Long story short even with proof of domestic violesnce against me and at MINIMUM neglect against my daughter. Cordova decided that he was the better parent and diagnosed me with paranoia against all professionals opinions and evaluations. She never made him do his part or prove his false stories and tried to make stop sending her my evidence. She lied to the courts about statements from several officials to support her allegations against me. Thank God I was able to subpeona the people she claimed said negative things about me. No one but my ex and his family has said negative things about me. I am a highly decorated educator and a dedicated parent but she failed to mention that. She implied that I could be the abuser just to cast a dark cloud on me since I had overwhelming evidence against him. Solely because of her lies, my daughter was given to her abuser and if I had not kept fighting than she would be a lifelong victim. My case is only 5 months old and my ex is currently out on bail for his 3rd sexual assault on a child. My family has suffered so much emotional distress and abuse because of Ms Cordovas decision to fabricate almost EVERYTHING to shed a negative light on me. She then manipulated the system and have refused to abide by the directive governing her job. I requested her CFI insurance information and just a simple explanation because I am so broken over her lies and I cant understand why she thought a pedophile would be a great parent or why she pretended that I am not the amazing parent that I am all because I fought like hell for my daughter. I am over 60k in dept because of Ms. Cordovas misconduct and our emotional distress and my daughters innocence is priceless. Instead of attempting to apologize and provide a monetary settlement that we damn well deserve through her insurance. She has hired an attorney who will never be able to get her out of this. I understand that people make mistakes so I wasnt even going to try and have her incarcerated which is truly what she deserves but the fact that she will take no accountability for her fraud upon us and the courts and egregious behaviors is so disheartening. I definitely would NEVER recommend this women and I am fighting hard as hell to make sure she can never ever do this to another family. He never asked the judge to exceed the cap and yet he billed that way regardless and then I objected and he is finally asking the judge to exceed the cap. ReplyDeleteI personally believe she was paid off by my ex husband and his family to lie.
My ex husband was arrests 2 times during our short marriage for domestic violence and child cruelty and abuse. Also recently learned from social services that he was investigated for assaulting multiple children 7at The daycare center in Adams County he was their caregiver.CFI Danielle Ferrell told everyone that my ex-husband's are really good father's that they are innocent and are the real victims. CFI Danielle Derick Ferrell hired by Jefferson county courts she lied multiple times regarding sexual abuse against my children and myself from my ex-husband even though multiple mandatory reporter's including my son therapist and Pediatrician's filed reports with social services and police department in Lakewood my son made disclosures in a forensic interview and Jefferson County social services and courts police department didn't care about the fact that my ex-husband abuse continues they believe CFI Danielle Ferrell not the police reports or reports from daycare center or other people.
Also Judge Robert Lockary in Jefferson County courts. CFI Danielle Derick Ferrell she is also a lawyer and lawyers Myron Latney Myles Johnson law firm and Lawyer Lena Ewing I would personally steer clear of them if you have a choice!
